Live insects ship every Mon-Wed.  This is to ensure LAG (live arrival guarantee).  Shipping delays over the weekend is why we ship Mon-Wed.  This is to ensure your isopods or springtails arrive safe and alive.  

You have a choice to have Insulated Shipping or not.  Having Insulated Shipping will give you a LAG.  If your isopods or springtails arrive DOA with Insulated Shipping we will replace your lost items for no cost to you.  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL IF YOU DO NOT  SELECT INSULATED SHIPPING.

All other items will ship everyday of the week except Sat and Sun.  If you order accessories with live insects shipping will be Mon-Wed.
